Refund Eligibility
Services: If work has not started, you may request a refund. If work has started, refunds may be partial based on completed milestones.
Web based deliverables (e.g., listing packs): Refunds are not available once delivery has been provided, except where the deliverable is materially defective.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an item/service is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and offer replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on payment providers.
